I got into coaching when I hit rock bottom in my personal life. I spent most of my childhood/adolescence overweight and prediabetic. I always had a very negative relationship with food and struggled with disordered eating habits, which lead to intense anxiety and panic disorder. This negativity followed me throughout my teens and into young adulthood. Until finally, I became a pregnant with my first child and realized this wasn't just about me anymore. So, I decided to make a change. After giving birth, I began my wellness journey and became fascinated by how our bodies truly have the power to heal themselves from the inside out. Continuing my education and certifications in emotional eating as well as hormone therapy. I, no longer struggle with anxiety, disordered eating, and I am happily maintaining my goal weight. Seeing this change in my own life, gave me the desire to pursue this path and help others heal themselves the way I did. I then opened the doors of my own wellness center right here in Dobbs Ferry, NY.
Beliefs and Values
Throughout my own personal journey, I have learned that to feel truly fulfilled the most important thing is to have a clear vision of what really matters to you and to unify this vision with your deepest values. It is extremely empowering to assume responsibility and resume ownership of your life. I'm here to help you aim towards that vision and make it a reality!
When I'm not coaching clients, I spend quality time with my husband and three children. I enjoy coaching my boys' soccer team alongside my husband and creating healthy new recipes for my family!
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands!

- Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat?
- Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We work with our clients to get in touch with their body's needs because we understand that life happens and your needs will change. We want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.
Each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
We'll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, we will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback.
Together we'll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you're working toward.
